~WEEKDAY - THURSDAY~

Hello dear friends, Hope this finds all well. We are all doing ok here.
Having nice sun shiney weather. Been doing some yard work. My husband was mowing the grass, he ran over something and broke the lawnmower blade, so that ends that until he gets it fixed. We picked some things from the garden, but I think the grass is out growing everything (smile). Well,tomorrow is our grandaughter, Kathy's birthday . I have always been so proud she is named after me ,and her paternal grandmother. Love her very much ! Wishing her a Happy Birthday. Well,the weekend is on it's way, so everyone have a good one.

Memorial day weekend

Hello friends, I pray you all have a wonderful memorial day, week end.
The weather is nice so far. and with gas prices so high, guess it will be nice to just spend time at home with friends, and loved ones.Remembering our veterans, in our prayers, for giving,of their time, and self , for our country. Blessings to all, Katie

~THE SABBATH~

Hello dear friends.I pray everyone is well. I am enjoying some beautiful weather.
All is well at our house! We went to church this morning. Then afterwards, went to eat at Lupe's in Jacksonville ,Tex. Stopped by Walmart to shop for a few things and came on home. I decided to get on the P.C., and my hubby is probably taking a nap., in front of the T.V.

My granddaughter , and her son moved to Garland Texas, So it is really quite around here, I'm already missing them. They have lived next door for a long time . Pray with us , that their move will be good, and she will be happy with her new job,and everything will go great for them. Blessings to all,Love Katie

~RAIN, RAIN, GO AWAY~

Hello dear friends, Yep, rain for sure ,come again another day(smile),but the good Lord knows what is best , so we will be thankful . We did have the family get together in our yard on Sat. the day before Mothers Day,it was a big success! We sure enjoyed it so much,and took lots of pictures. I got a picture of me ,my husband,and all our children . I'm so proud of that,because it has been awhile since we got them all together for a group picture,also I got some pictures of the grandchildren that was great as well. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

~SPECIAL WEEKEND FOR MOTHER'S DAY~

Hello dear friends, sorry it has been awhile, since I did a post.
Guess,I have just been lazy about it,but here I be now. I do hope everything is well with y'all. Sunday is Mother's Day,and I want to say "Happy Mother's Day" to all the mothers out there. I'm looking forward to a wonderful day, with family. I have so much to be thankful for , with all my children, and grandchildren, and we are so blessed, to be able to all get together. I think we will be getting together on Saturday this time, because that can leave all the others free to go to the church , of their choice on
