SATURDAY NIGHT

WELL, HI TO MY DEAR FRIENDS,
Another weekend is here, and we have just stayed at home today,
no company or anyone just hubby and me . we stayed outside ,
some and enjoyed the sunshine , and fresh air. My flowers are all blooming,
my roses, iris, and amarillas, are looking so pretty.The weather forecast
thunderstorms, and a tornado watch until 10.00 pm in our area to night.
Im praying that it passes us by for sure. Im scared of storms, wish we had a storm cellar.
When i was a little girl, my mom was ready to take us to the cellar as soon as it started to thunder and lightening, and dad would stand outside , and watch unless it got real bad then he would come on in with us and close the door.We live in a mobil home. So we will just pray and ask the dear Lord to watch over us . Blessings to all Love Katie

Hello dear friends, I haven't made a new post in awhile but finally got back to it .

Hope everyone is well and having some nice weather like we are here in our
East Texas area. We got our garden tilled and have planted some things already.
We really are not as able to do as much as we use to be able to do but,I wanted
a garden so much. We decided to try to do what we can do anyway.
Our son Larry came down and tilled it and helped us some .

I especially Like to have tomatoes,peppers, okra, and yellow squash.

But of course when we got started , there was corn, purple hulled peas, green beans, beets, onions, etc. Anyway I'm hoping now that the vegetables will outgrow the weeds. SMILE

MY HUBBYS BIRTHDAY

DEAR FRIENDS, We had a wonderful day , at the park, a birthday celebration
my hubbys 80th, with all of our children , except our son Paul, and grandson Erwin were unable to come.we had lots of our grandchildren there , and even one sweet little great grandbaby .
also my two brothers, and sister-in-laws.lots of good food ,and fellowship with each other.
We both sure enjoyed the time with everyone. We are both tired to night so i think we will rest good to night. Hope all his well with you all. God bless you all LOVE KATIE

SUNDAY NIGHT

Hello dear friends, I pray everyone is well and had a nice weekend.
We are well , and doing ok , but have had a very sad week. We lost our very dear neighbor
in death , and his funeral is this coming Tuesday. He will be missed so very much.
our DD Shelley came over and spent the day with us yesterday and spent the night too.
We enjoyed her company very much ,her presence made us feel so much better.
Our grandaughters Judy, and Kellie Dawn and her 3 children our great great granchildren,
came in from Ala.to go to the funeral.We were so glad to see them.

Hello friends, Yep we sure enjoyed our company today with daughter Shelley, grandaughter Regina and our little great grandson , baby Jaxon.
He is a sweetie and such a good baby. He doesn't cry alot , except when he gets hungry,
then he lets them know about it ( smile). We had a beautiful day with lots of sunshine.
The girls and I went to a few sales and that was fun.
